The Pillar of Sikhism

Our Founding Vision

The Tri Valley Sikh Center was founded with a vision to serve the spiritual needs of the Tri-Valley area. Guided by the teachings of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, our center emphasizes “Sarbat Da Bhala” – the welfare of all.

We strive to create a community that upholds Sikh values of equality, unity, and selfless service while fostering a deep understanding of Sikh history, culture, and traditions. This vision continues to be the cornerstone of all our activities, uniting us in faith and communal harmony.

Our Founding Vision

Mission and Values.

At the heart of the Tri Valley Sikh Center is our mission to nurture the community through the enlightened teachings of Sikhism. We are dedicated to promoting moral, social, and spiritual consciousness, grounded in the principles of equality and universal brotherhood.

Our values are reflected in our commitment to serve the community, respect all religions, and reject ritualism and caste systems. These guiding principles shape our programs, from education to community service, creating an inclusive environment where every individual is valued and respected.

Educational and Cultural Initiatives.

The Tri Valley Sikh Center prides itself on its range of educational and cultural initiatives. From our Khalsa School which teaches Punjabi language, Sikh history, and Gurbani, to various cultural programs that include music, dance, and arts, we are dedicated to preserving and promoting Sikh heritage.

Our initiatives extend to academic enrichment, like SAT preparation and college counseling, ensuring holistic development. These programs not only educate but also engage the community, particularly the youth, in understanding and celebrating our rich Sikh culture and traditions.
